Our passion is with reviving old, historical houses while injecting a modern sensibility. We believe that although good design may be subjective, the functionality of the space is not. We are guided by the principal of designing and building spaces that balance the two.
Our Team
Paul Pascolo
Paul is a master detailer and a lover of all things that tell a story and have history. He is passionate about creating efficient living spaces and is meticulous with details and execution. Together, Paul and Valery have executed a full gut renovation on many residential homes and have renovated a number of commercial spaces.
Valery Macri
Valery has over 20 years of Management experience and comes from three generations of construction and building. Lionfish Developments success can be attributed to her strong relationship with her team and clients; these relationships have been nurtured and her efforts are always rewarded in high quality work.
Eliana Pascolo
Eliana is a recent graduate of Parsons School of Design, where she earned a BFA in Interior Design. Over the past four years living in New York City, she has developed a strong appreciation of detail-oriented design that humanizes aesthetic impact with functionality.
